As a CarOnSale customer, you can request a refund of the NoVA (NormVerbrauchsAbgabe) paid in Austria for vehicles originating from Austria. You can deduct this amount from your highest bid. We display this as an export advantage in the vehicle listing.

If you provide us with an export certificate (Gelangensbestätigung) within the following month, you will receive the indicated export advantage from us.

How does it work in detail?

• You purchase a vehicle from Austria.
• You will automatically receive a pre-filled Gelangensbestätigung certificate by email from us.
• You print it and send us this Gelangensbestätigung with your signature to service@caronsale.de.
• We verify the documents and release the export advantage.
• You will receive the export advantage into your account within a short time.
