CarOnSale acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller in matters of complaints. 

Please note that a complaint is only possible within the rules defined in the General Terms and Conditions. 


A complaint must therefore be submitted in writing to CarOnSale within nine working days after the end of the auction.


If the complaint is submitted after the deadline, the complaint is invalid and the buyer approves the goods as free of defects. This does not apply to hidden defects, which must be reported immediately, but at the latest within three working days of their discovery.


In the case of collection by the Buyer, delivery shall be deemed to be the time of provision of the collection certificate by CarOnSale to the Buyer, in the case of transport commissioned by CarOnSale at the Buyer's behest, the time of handover of the vehicle to the Buyer.
