In general, the same warranty conditions apply to vehicles sold by private sellers as to those sold by commercial sellers. The only differences in the warranty process relate to the warranty period and the submission of warranty claims.

Adjusted warranty period:
For vehicles sold by private sellers, you can claim within a grace period of up to 3 working days after collection. For transport bookings, claims must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the vehicle via our warranty claim form.

Please note that only claims submitted within this period can be considered.

Submission of warranty claims:
To submit a warranty claim, please use the warranty claim form in your account. You can find it under "My purchases" -> "Completed".
